THE NEXT CHAPTER: CREATING A MEANINGFUL CAREER AND LIFE
A powerful way to make lasting connections and receive personalized guidance and feedback. Registration is now open for Spring Session 2025!
About the course
As an organizational psychologist with over 20 years of teaching and workshop facilitation experience, I have witnessed the power of group experiential learning and collaborative problem-solving. This type of learning environment encourages personal growth, creative solutions - and reduces stress!
For these reasons, I expanded my career coaching practice to include a group course for women who wish to go through a career or life planning process together in a supportive environment.
This eight week course is designed for women who would like a structured process to help them get “unstuck” or decide what to do next - personally or professionally. Based upon research in motivation, positive psychology and human behavior, this class includes assessments, research-based strategies and individual exercises to assist you in identifying your strengths, skills, interests, values and goals so that you may explore different options and growth opportunities in a collaborative, non-threatening environment. Whether you are leaving your role as a stay-at-home parent, changing careers, contemplating a fresh start or experiencing another type of life transition, I help you gain clarity and envision a new roadmap for personal success.
I offer this course three times a year, in-person (in Los Angeles) and online. I would love to be part of your journey.
It’s time to craft the life and career you want!

“Kimberly’s course was eye-opening to me. Having her there to guide me through the different and complex layers of learning about who I really am as a person, how others perceive me and what I want out of my life and career was incredibly helpful. I have spent years spinning about what my next chapter will be and have felt mostly stuck, but this process helped to “unstick me.” It has helped me to organize my thoughts and desires in a meaningful and practical way. I feel like now I have the tools to evaluate opportunities and to take risks on new ventures. Although this process was not easy at times, and surprisingly emotional, Kimberly was such a cheerleader and through her sessions really helped coax out what maybe was hiding in me and, most importantly, helped me confront head on the barriers I have been putting in the way of realizing my next life and career chapter. Most of all, I felt seen and heard by Kimberly. She created a safe space to brainstorm ideas and possibilities.”
